Understand the business scenarios, collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, and customers to explore and brainstorm new features which yield business value.

Lead or own the frontend design of new features and drive the implementations.

Develop and execute according to both short- and long-term roadmaps. Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

Follow the best software development practices, and hold the high engineering bar for the team by regularly leading design, code review and test plan reviews.

3+ years of software development experience, with an emphasis on modern frontend technologies (TypeScript/React/Next.js) and building delightful user interfaces.

Passionate about building sophisticated and powerful user interfaces to tackle customer problems.

Thrive in a highly collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different areas of expertise.

Have experience gathering and using data to analyze user behavior/intent to inform future product decisions.

In-depth Knowledge of web standards, modern browsers, responsive design, and full web technology stack.

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility, security and usability
